These terms govern the use of the nextgeoagency.com website (the “Site”). By visiting the Site you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Osman Kavak (sole proprietorship) (the “Agency”), trading as “Next GEO Agency”.

Purpose of the Site

The Site presents the Agency’s GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), SEO, corporate website, e-commerce and AI automation services, publishes informational content in those areas (articles, sector pages, frequently asked questions) and lets interested businesses request a proposal through the contact form.

No purchase, payment or membership takes place on the Site. A service relationship is created only by a separate written agreement signed by the parties after contact; these terms do not replace that agreement.

Nature of the content

The articles, guides, comparisons and sector pages on the Site are for general information. They are not legal, financial or technical advice and are not tailored to any particular business. Search engines and AI assistants change their algorithms frequently; content that was accurate when published may become outdated. We recommend assessing your own circumstances before relying solely on Site content for a decision.

Example scenarios and efficiency figures on the Site are estimates based on general experience and must not be read as a guarantee of any specific outcome. Results vary by sector, competition, existing infrastructure and the time invested.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the design, logo, brand name, texts, images, code and layout, belongs to the Agency unless stated otherwise and is protected under Turkey’s Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and related legislation. Third-party images and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

  • You may view Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes and quote short passages with attribution.
  • Copying, reproducing, republishing on another site, commercial use or creating derivative works from the content without permission is prohibited.
  • Crawling of the Site by search engines and AI assistants, and summarising the content with attribution, is deliberately allowed; this permission does not extend to bulk copying and republishing the content.

Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

  • disrupt, overload or attempt to bypass the security measures of the Site or its infrastructure (Cloudflare),
  • use the contact form under a false identity, for spam or for bulk automated submissions,
  • send malicious code, unlawful content or third parties’ personal data without permission through the form,
  • republish Site content in a misleading form or present it as if it were the Agency’s own.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites such as WhatsApp, social-media platforms and external sources. These links are provided for convenience only. The Agency does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of linked sites. When you follow a link, that site’s own terms apply.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. The Agency does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Agency is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the Site, from decisions made in reliance on its content, or from third-party services. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence is reserved.

Personal data

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is described in the Privacy Notice (issued under KVKK, Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Those documents form an integral part of these terms.

Changes

The Agency may update these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page and takes effect on publication. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of [CITY], Turkey, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. The statutory rights of anyone acting as a consumer are reserved.
